SLINGERLANDS Betty B. (Bonnie) Stone passed away September 27, 2008 at the Community Hospice in St. Peter's Hospital, after a day with her husband, daughters, and several grandchildren. Bonnie was born March 1, 1923 in Des Moines, Iowa to Lowell and Mary Bonnewell. Following her marriage in 1945 to Robert D. Stone, she lived in Binghamton, N.Y. for 10 years, Delmar for 42 years and Beverwyck Retirement Community in Slingerlands for six years. She was a graduate of Skidmore College and a homemaker for most of the 62 years of her marriage to Bob. In addition to her husband, she is survived by three daughters, Carol S.
